Guess what! I made these things that I call caterpillars. There made out of pipe cleaners here are the steps to make them

*      Get all of your materials together, which include: pipe cleaners different colors, one pencil, pair of scissors.

*      Next take the pencil and wrap one of the pipe cleaners around it

*      Then set the body of the caterpillar (the thing you wrapped around the pencil) down on a flat surface.

*      Next we work on the head, take another pipe cleaner and cut about a quarter of the pipe cleaner.

*      Then you take the eraser end of the pencil and wrap the piece of pipe cleaner around it.

*      Next you take one of the ends of the body of the caterpillar and bend it up then place the head of the caterpillar on the bent part of the caterpillar body you can put glue on it but I think looks nicer without glue.

*      Next cut two small parts of the one of the pipe cleaners of a different color, these will be the antennae.

*      Then take the writing end of the pencil and wrap the soon to be antennae around it.

*      Now you have two antennae.

*      Next take the antennae and stick them in the small gap between the head and the body of the caterpillar again you can use glue but I don’t like too.

*      Next you cut a very small piece of the pipe cleaner that is the same color as the antennae and stick it in the end of the caterpillar.

*      And now you have your caterpillar.
